The iStandard Beast of the Beats IX Champions and producers of the 2016 XXL Freshmen Cypher, featuring Anderson Paak, Desiigner, and Lil Dicky, are hack at it. They star in a pragmatic visual making the best of the everyday struggles of being producers on the rise. Thrust into the spotlight after smashing the local beat battle circuit in Houston and traveling the United States sharpening their chops learning from some of the industry’s most iconic producers. these two are poised to take things to the next level in 2017. The two were recently spotted in LA in session with Candice Pillay, Grammy Award nominated singer and songwriter, signed to Interscope Records.

Charity, when asked about what she hopes to accomplish with the release of this video said “I’m just very excited to showcase the everyday challenges of working hard toward making our mark in the music industry!”

Nate Coop and Charity Evaughn are a Texas based collaborative duo. They have both won numerous beat battles individually. After competing against each other in Houston’s Space City Beat Battle, they teamed up in 2015, winning the international beat competition, iStandard Beast of the Beats IX, beating out 100 producers who had placed in the top 3 in their respective cities in the US and abroad. They have since collectively produced for Dante Higgins, Desiigner, Anderson Paak, Lil Dicky, Alex Harris, Q. Guyton, Doughbeezy, C. Stone, Paul Wall and more.
